As we close tonight, may we carry this truth with us through the rest of this 9/11 week: when the world shakes, God does not.
We remember those whose lives were lost on September 11, 2001. We honor the courage of those who ran toward danger, and we continue to pray for families who still carry the weight of that day.
But above all, we remember the promise of Psalm 46:
“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.”
Whatever you are facing tonight, you do not face it alone. The Lord is near. He is faithful. He is strong. And He is still our refuge.
